Birth Services

doula, dancer, movement educator

COVID-19 Response:

At this time, I am lucky enough to be currently employed virtually with a wonderful nonprofit, so I am able to offer volunteer services as needed. Please write to me if you are in need of low-cost birth support, or know of a family that could benefit from postpartum care during this time.

Precautions I am taking:

1. Confirmed negative COVID test every two weeks.

2. Practicing shelter in place regulations and recommendations.

3. Daily temperature and self-wellness checks.

4. Supporting only one family at a time.

5. Wearing disposable masks, gloves, and clean scrubs only.

6. Coming and returning directly home upon each visit.

Open hands, full heart

My dancing informs the care I provide. I believe deeply in the innate knowledge in all beings and their bodies, and my life work is to support others in having the physical experiences they desire for themselves. I serve pregnant people and families of all kinds, honoring the principles of a midwifery-model of care and advocating for birth justice. My background in neuroscience and movement informs my evidence-based, mind-body approach to care-taking. Please get in touch to learn more about me and the services that I offer.

Doula Services

I offer three different kinds of doula services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento regions. As a doula, my primary role is to provide a high level of emotional, informational, and physical support, uniquely tailored to you and your family. Our initial meeting is a complementary conversation for us to see if we are a good fit. I offer care on personalized sliding-scale, as every pregnancy is different. To schedule a consultation, or to learn more about my practice, please contact me.
